Board of Directors
"I am honored to serve as the President of the Laila Rose Foundation. The tremendous work started by my mother, Patricia Engh, and my uncle, Mike Flynn, continues today through the work of the dedicated Board of Directors of the foundation. "Having lost a child, it brings me a great deal of joy to help children of others. To see happiness and the improved self esteem of the children the foundation helps, I am reminded of the smile my daughter carried throughout each day she was with us."
Patricia Engh, Director
Having lost our beautiful granddaughter, Laila and her mother, Lisa, our family strives to cherish each other every day. It's our desire to nurture and be thoughtful to the needs of everyone God brings into our lives. The Laila Rose Foundation was established out of our family’s desire to turn tragedy into triumph, so that no child would have to feel that they were unimportant, unworthy, or without beauty.

Being passionate, serving others, and working for those in need is something that has been dear to my heart my entire life. As a 16-year cancer survivor of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of others compassion and the need for expensive medical treatments. The Laila Rose Foundation is a wonderful organization that is changing the lives and future of many children and grandchildren.
It is an honor to serve as a Board Member for the Laila Rose Foundation. As a mother of 2 and Grandmother of 5, it brings me great joy to see The Foundation bring smiles, happiness and a feeling of self worth to all of God's children in need.
